Delehanty Consulting LLC was created to assist lotteries in enhancing their security, integrity, and performance. Our six consultants collectively have over 90 years of lottery experience from having worked with more than 40 lotteries on four continents. Our experience covers a broad spectrum including security, operations, information technology, acceptance testing, marketing, training, advertising, strategic planning, RFP development and proposal evaluation, and project management. We are the industry leader in providing lottery security reviews and evaluations as evidenced by having served 24 lotteries in the United States and Canada.
